Practice between heaven and the sea
Few places set a sun salutation like this one: open sky above, the bay of Porto Taverna below, sea air moving through the macchia. The deck stands alone on the hillside, fifty meters over the water.
Classes run morning and evening through the whole season and stay open to every level. Hatha for breath and discipline, Vinyasa for flow and strength, Kundalini for balance, Ashtanga for those who want to work.
After practice the holiday carries on below: the beach fifteen meters from the first apartments, two pools, and dinner by the sand.

The deck is available to national and international teachers for retreats, with the village's apartments, restaurants and beach a short walk downhill. Lay down the mats, we handle the rest.
